We are happy to assist with installation and can return the seat to you later or hold onto it for your return booking if arranged in advance.
Bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Nour Access provides private and NDIS transport services across Sydney
All bookings are subject to availability
By confirming a booking, you agree to these terms
Payment required 24 hours prior for pre-bookings
Same-day bookings require deposit or full payment before departure
Bookings confirmed once payment or receipt is provided
Accounts available for approved corporate clients and NDIS participants
More than 24 hours: no charge
Less than 24 hours: $50 fee
No-show: full fare may be charged
15-minute grace period included
After 15 minutes, waiting time charges apply
Booking considered no-show after 15 minutes if not contactable
Charged in line with NDIS pricing guidelines
Flexible travel (multiple stops allowed)
Time and travel billed based on actual service
Information used only for bookings and communication
Not shared unless required by law
